Not happy I am not happy with your service. On April 17. I was miss-leaded by your information to assume that the regular delivery time was 5 days, and I gave 20% extra $ to have my frame in 2 days. When I tracked the package, the expected delivery day was April 29. I missed my deadlines because of that. I expect to get my 33$ for \'speedy delivery\' back.
You may be loosing big orders from me. This was a test order. Also, the marked weight on the parcel was 2x more than reality (hence the larger amount for delivery then promised by your Web-page?) Very negative experience.

Brad Widdifield, Lethbridge | I was excited when the frame arrived earlier than the date promised, but disappointed to find it broken at two joints. From the look of it there is only a dab of glue holding the pieces together. Also there were a few dents in the wood. We are going to reglue the sides and add some L brackets to reinforce. The frame was close to 300.00 .....I should not have to do this.
