I wanted to thank Diana for her help in leading me through the characteristics of the frames and the ordering process yesterday. I was very happy to be offered a 25% Artist's discount.
Jeff, | caught me off guard.
The four frames that I ordered all came in mint condition in a tidy manner. However, the largest floating frame for a 36” x 48” painting was a bit too large and the brackets wouldn’t work. Now I am left to make my own custom brackets to try to make this work. Considering this was a $350 frame, this caught me off guard.
