Not Happy Shipment sent to the wrong address. The right address was specified when ordering (otherwise credit card would not have been approved), but shipment was sent to an old address they had on file.
Eric F., | absolutely love it... I absolutely love the way you put pictures on canvas and I have used you now for several years. I have just done four prints. I was quite disappointed in one of them. I would have appreciated an email advising me that there was a small water spot on the picture which I didn\'t notice on my copy On my iPad. I would have paid to have it taken out. It has really ruined my canvas print. It is not your fault but it would have been appreciated if I had been notified and I had been given the option of having it removed. I was very pleased with the other three. Thank you!

The quality of framing material is excellent and the quality of the completed frames is exceptional. They are delivered on a tight schedule and the packing is the best I have ever had. Cost is fair and I do get quality in each frame. Well done and thank your staff on my behave for their excellent quality of their efforts.
