That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Now that's what I call superb customer service! Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. Two canvas\\\'s purchased and they look amazing! Product quality is fantastic...way beyond our expectations. Only thing I would have to say was a negative is the fact that I qualified for free shipping and had chosen this but they were not delivered...we had to pick them up instead which was out of our way.
