Delivery method issue Thank you for my order of frames. They arrived in great condition and they are very good quality.
Only issue is that the post-person left the package in the apartment lobby. Luckily my neighbor took the package in and contacted me.
Next time we should put a notice to leave a delivery notice, not the package.

Nass, | I ordered two frames, they arrived quickly and very well packaged, they were both exactly the correct size. rnOne was exactly as shown on the website, sadly the other was nothing like the website photo at all - instead of a soft white rustic, it arrived as dark grey underneath, covered in a thin layer of white, giving it an almost stripey appearance. I at first thought (as did the supplier) that it was a mistake and a different frame has been made up. the supplier was very pleasant to deal with but due to a misunderstanding I was required to pay the $15 postage to return the frame to them, which they worked on to give it a more white appearance and returned to me. So instead of $126, the frame ended up costing me $141 and although it is better, it is still not like the one shown on the website. After sending an email photo of the work they had done on the frame, the company did not follow up with me after delivery. I would not order custom picture frames online again.
